The more I look at this rebrand, the more I warm up to it. Not the best thing to grace our screens but it's definitely an improvement.

I found myself liking LEGEND's idents despite that they're a bit basic, if anything. Missed opportunity to use the logo animation, alas.

Wasn't True Crime the name of a channel before?

Yes, it changed it's name to Sony Crime Channel 2 before closing, and was the sister channel of True Entertainment, which was the original name of Great! TV before it was the Sony Channel.

It gets worse - several junctions this evening have mixed True Crime and CBS Reality presentation.

Reminds me of that Watch rebrand which took about a week to fully happen around a decade ago. Although at least in that case the rebrand didn't involve a name change...

I had True Crime Xtra on late last night and the on-screen promo backgrounds said True Crime Xtra, but the listings were promoting tomorrow's evening lineup for True Crime. Something tells me some wires have been crossed somewhere...
