Pres must have had a pretty good relationship with the producers of Not the Nine considering how willing they were to send themselves up while plugging the show. Another example here.

I think it's true to say that compared with some of the smaller ITV regions in recent years, there's still a relative paucity of Pres material from Channel that's found its way online.
A few lesser-spotted examples - a couple of in-vision junctions from 1998, as local promo departments were gradually making way for the NPU

On the subject of trails, Channel making use of early Meridian graphics - listen out for the extended ident theme - for a Saturday night menu (voiced, a little casually, by Liam Mayclem)

A glimpse of (I think) the Guernsey studio during a live trail for Channel Report, linking into an extended Early Evening News on the eve of Diana's funeral

NTNOCN was one of those programmes that used to have fun with their Radio Times listings too

The original listings have been replaced in Genome, but kept as a regional variation

Not The Nine was fairly trend setting and very ruthless when it wanted to be. Editing video (and unrelated audio) to tell a different story for comedic purposes probably wasn't a new thing by then.
Though these days the show is probably better remembered for Gerald the Gorilla and squashing a (stuffed) hedgehog under the wheels of a lorry. They had to apologise for that (but turned the apology into a quest to find out who goes around stuffing hedgehogs as if that was the greater offence), though it didn't stop them using a hedgehog sandwich (as seen in the sketch) on an LP cover...

That begs two questions: did the programme live up to the description, and is it online anywhere?

Only even oblique reference to OTT in that episode is the use of the mirror reflecting the audience in the news desk sequences, IIRC.
Of course, there were the continuity skits with Rowan which topped and tailed S3E3 (the closedown by far the best known of the two) but then you also had genuine junctions such as Peter Bolgar going in-vision to plug the start of series 4…
