Not surprising, as they are probably working on the large desk area for the election - it is hard for ITV, as they have to work and get thing ready, with just one main studio available to them, unless they will use the newsroom studio more this week

I don't understand why they bother as the two desks face each other and the studio is not big. So not exactly helping just using the smaller desk area - so they must be trying to get the election desk ready for that side of the studio.

Good to see Mary back.

From what I could see and we didn’t see a wide angle of the desk; it looks bigger with a complete dark teal border around the top layer of the desk on all sides.
