I am not sure what the current terms of the work to rule are, certainly in the South we have had presenters stepping up to cover the main 6.30 programme instead of a freelance presenter.

Guessing easier to put out combined bulletins during strike action now than if unionised staff were in but working to rule.

With London, SE, South and East coming together under the circumstances on strike days. Anyone thought of resurrecting the following as the generic name for the bulletins affected:

Not sure the majority of us in the East were ever within NSE territory. Looks like it will be BBC News generic again.

I think there were some South, South East and East opts for regional documentaries etc back in the day

Pan-regional London/South/East bulletin now on air. Using the News Channel's red astons for some reason. Does BBC London normally do that?
