If you mean used for GE-related stuff, that isn't really indicative of whether it'll actually be used for GE coverage. In 2015, the 2010-style 'Pins' were being used throughout the long-campaign (January-March); it was only the start of the short campaign that the Elexagon stuff was fully introduced.

For the UK, yes, but the same style is out there for other elections happening around the world this year.
