I wonder if this will be rescheduled, or not at all?

If they don’t show it then it causes problems with who won or lost. As it’s a celebration of the Jubilee, it is quite a fitting tribute and you can add a voiceover about when it was filmed

Masterchef will turn up in due course I'm sure. Wouldn't be the first time a specific episode/portion of a show (any show) has had to be dropped/separated from the rest of the run for reasons beyond its control.

Production couldn't have known of course when it was filmed that that episode would end up scheduled for the worst possible time, but the point is that Masterchef is sequential, so its not like a stand-alone episode of a quiz show for example where it can be swapped out for another one.

Channel 4 now has

17.55 - 21.00 Channel 4 news
21.00 Gogglebox

Its unclear what the 22.00 replacement will be. No great surprise, they haven't been too kind in some of the comments made the show.

I'll bet ITV are glad they are currently past that episode of Family Guy (entitled "Viewer Mail 2", in particular the Chap of the Manor spoof) in sequential runs, as that would have had to been replaced too under the circumstances (ironically enough it was the same episode that caused BBC Three problems when Robin Williams died), although considering the chain of events that unfold in the Chap of the Manor segment, the episode probably won't be seen (on TV) for a while.

South Park have a Season 11 episode called "The Snuke" in which there's a scene with the Queen shooting herself with a gun which either won't be seen on TV for a while or edited for later airings.

The word 'celebrities' might be helpful the next time for me because i don't agree with the short word of it (sorry if i was asking Juicy Joe for importance). Anyhow gentlemen, do continue with the reflection of schedule changes due to the saddened death of Her Majesty The Queen if i was interrupted with this thread. But again do go on with that and then i'll leave you alone. Thanks.
