TV Mistakes/Breakdowns
#61

Part of a Channel TV junction from August 2002 that includes a Meridian branded trailer and break bumper which evidently wasn’t supposed to go out on CTV, although it appears they did take that Meridian series. Perhaps they were expecting a generic ITV1 promo, but Meridian changed their pres/promo schedule without telling CTV?

On the subject of Channel cockups, this one seems to be entirely their own fault

Problem with the AR hoop in the titles for the 6.35pm BBC One news.

The AR version is stuck again. But the keying is very bad this time.

If it was 1989, then I assume the ident they played out was the “Flowing Rivers” (which, by-the-by, I never particularly liked). Was that on tape or cart?

UKI 1961 is their new production truck with KU uplink, but they don't usually need to uplink from Downing street. Maybe just mixing in the truck with the output being patched into the fibre box at Downing Street.
