Dallas/Fort Worth already has a CBS owned independent KTXA which shows syndicated shows such as Judge Mathis, Hot Bench and The People's Court, alongside filler CBS News Texas bulletins when the main CBS station can't schedule them. These are sold at local level, so the replacement for the current Tegna owned CW station in San Diego may be completely different.
