There are only pre-records in the first 2 hours aren't there? Sundays I can understand given the 9am finish (and often not being on BBC1 after 0730-ish), but with Saturdays being on air until 10am that's two hours fully live (and almost always on BBC1)

I remember a few weeks ago, Naga Munchetty had to cry-off mid-programme as she was unwell and Charlie Stayt had to complete the show on his own, as both the Business and Sports news presenters were both on location that morning.
It is only Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day that Breakfast is sole-anchored (though if I remember Easter Sunday last year was sole-anchored by Roger Johnson).

Yes I recall the show was thrown into chaos as Naga stormed off mid show, or at least that’s what I read somewhere!
This morning was supposed to be Ben Thompson and Nina Warhurst by the way according to Radio Times

Didn't miss much, very boring episode.
Complaints about Emma Vardy using a pack of sausages as a prop.
Moaning about sending Clive Myrie to Ukraine for a week.
Complaints about Newswatch having a sofa in its new set.
It was pretty dire actually.

No, it wasn't on 08:45 this morning. It was on at 07:45, when it always airs during the Saturday edition of Breakfast.
