No, again BBC One HD will cease and a new channel (BBC One SE HD) will start on the same transponder. It's not just the current BBC One HD that will change to BBC One SE HD.

Could we see the Freeview macro regions of BBC One HD launch after the final switch of BBC One SE on satellite?

Whether its macro or not it won't happen till after satellite is done.
The two projects are seperate but I imagine they'd want to dust to settle first. Plus the messaging is alll about satellite at the moment, it will confuse the audienxe

Indeed. Messages about the Freeview changes have been split off into the "Freeview PSB3 HD Regional Arrangements" thread.

For the 94,000 years that BBC One HD has shown the Red Screen Of Death in lieu of regional news, it has been listed in EPGs as "This is BBC One HD".
What do the Freesat/Sky EPGs list the new BBC One SD Red Screen Of Death as?

Is BBC London News broadcasting in HD on BBC One London HD? I haven't seen anyone captured a HD newscast yet here or on YouTube...

I don't think BBC One London HD has launched yet. However isn't BBC London News on BBC One HD at 6:30 these days?

London will switch next week, together with Channel Islands, South West and West.
