Newshub does this as well. Worth noting News First is produced by Newshub teams since 2015, after a contract with Sky News Australia expired and was not renewed.

As for the NZ TV channels reception in the Pacific Islands, there is a government initiative called Pacific Cooperation Broadcasting Limited (Pasifika TV) which distributes NZ and foreign-produced programming from TVNZ, Three, Sky, Whakaata Māori, RNZ and legislature broadcasters. TVNZ formerly offered and provided this service before 2016, when oversight switched to direct government oversight (and expanded to offer shows provided by commercial broadcasters). The initiative doesn't distribute full TV and radio signals, but does offer a wide range of content, including news programming from TVNZ and Newshub, as well as Sky Sport rights. It is also not related to the Tagata Pasifika newsmagazine, which is an independent production which receives funding from TVNZ, NZ On Air and Te Mangai Pāho.
