Can't see why they couldn't at least allow a show to use their own font and background though, like the BBC and Channel 4 do (and even Channel 5 shows use their own font and scrolling even if the background is black). The ITV font and black background (and the various blue ones beforehand... but at least that was more interesting than black, and some shows were able to use their own backgrounds in those eras) look horribly bland, and obviously makes every show look the same. ITV's credits really stick out like a sore thumb against every other UK broadcaster who at least allow some individuality.

I loved the epic feel to the show tonight, even those it’s sad that it’s the last show
Must be the biggest show to air at TV Centre for a decade, two outdoor stages and a studio
The number of guests was impressive as well, including all the old faces like Scarlett, Kirsty, Ashley etc
It really does feel like the end, and the end of an era for big live entertainment shows

ITV Racing's coverage of the Grand National today had non-generic credits.

There is probably at least one show a year that doesn’t. It’s rare but it happens very occasionally for something special

I'm probably right about CD:UK being the last regular show though, rather than other one-offs.

Well that's certainly going to leave a rather big gap in the Saturday evening schedules for ITV1 early next year, unless ITV can come up with another shiny floor format.
Maybe they could use it to reboot Don't Forget Your Toothbrush, since it's about 30 years since that was last on-air, it'll effectively be a new format to a lot of people.
The BBC's recent reboot of a certain 90's ITV favourite has been a decent enough success, so the same treatment could apply to something like DFYTB for ITV1.

The Claudia Winkleman rumoured format is probably for this time of the year but who knows if that will happen.

But that was a Channel 4 show, with a more adult feel to it, would that suit 7pm, or would they tame it down? The original was aired at 9pm or 10pm on Channel 4, so would it suit family friendly 7pm ITV1?

Perhaps with the success of Gladiators, ITV could consider bringing Ninja Warrior UK back, particularly with the recent repeat.

Well they already have rebooted it, with the 2022 series have a slightly different format.
Different types of show though. Ninja Warrior is 6pm, they’ll need a 7pm replacement show.
They basically have a gap between Masked Singer and BGT.
