The grid height is something like 10m - even if the sets are half that, they're still pretty huge, especially when you're standing next to them.

I Could see the studios being put back out for rent, there is certainly a need for tv studios within London so i think it would get snapped up quite quickly.

I think if someone was interested in taking them on we'd have heard by now - the studios have effectively been on the market since WBD announced their intention to leave in September, and the lease is up at the end of next month.

For those people keeping track of such things, we're on to the last throes of BT Sport branded OBs this weekend: the FA Disability Cup; Premier 15s Womens Rugby final; MotoGP in Assen; and MLB from the London Stadium. TNT Sports' first one looks like it'll be some boxing from Telford at the end of next month.
In the meantime, a whole lot of world feeds - and if there's a 30 for 30 documentary you fancy seeing again, keep an eye on the schedules, because there are quite a few on between now and the 17th.
It's also the last weekend of live content passing through the MCR in Stratford this weekend - the baton is being passed to WBD in Chiswick sometime over the next week.

The first promo for an event happening after the change to TNT Sports has started airing today, with a little look at the new branding (unable to get a capture, unfortunately). The promo endboard is an evolution of the current look on BT Sport, but the headline typeface is certainly a departure from it.

There seems to be a new blue BT Sport off air slide that I have not seen before on BT Sport 8-10:

The number of red button channels varies throughout the year - I think the higher numbered ones only exist from September to March or thereabouts, and they possibly lease less satellite space for half the year. The blue slates come from a video player at BT Tower, rather than playout at Red Bee, and mean that it's very much off air.
