In my opinion this refresh seems very rushed.

- The diagonal wipes don't go with the newly squared graphics.
- The old sun rise logo that appears in the openers now doesn't link with the logo at the bottom right of the screen.
- The contrast between the logo type and background when no strap is on screen is poor.
- All of the text is in caps which isn't great for accessibility reasons...

I am not exactly the big fan of everything being in capitals it seems quite angry and oversized especially on the coming up graphics.

I also don’t like the way the wipes are on everything, like the break sting having a wipe off not the logo blur

It matches the tone of the programme these days. Angry and shouty and the reason so many people have given up with it. myself included

I’m not a huge fan of it all tbh, i liked the background with the bars on because it now looks a little empty without them, the main lowers look too chunky imo, I also think it’s time for them to look into some new music as this one has stood thr test of time imo

And the live tag remains unchanged

I found the bars quite distracting, I think the backdrop looks much better and cleaner.
