Update II: Perry v. Milkins will no longer take place tonight, with a bonus session occuring on Thursday morning at 09:30 to conclude the match. Presumably this means the BBC will have an 83rd programme from the Crucible in place of Nicky Campbell.

To clarify, the paint incident was on the table that was on the Red Button, with the other protester was shown live on BBC Four. Kudos to the referee below for apprehending the protester (a radiographer by profession who returned to frontline nursing during the height of the pandemic).

Plus, an afternoon session being saboutaged would have caused greater disruption with a table out of action for two matches rather than just one tonight.
