Not a problem for BBC One Scotland if the match at Wembley finishes in normal time, but they'll be a bit squeezed for time if it goes to extra time, never mind penalties. I guess the BBC Scotland channel would have to be involved for either the conclusion of the first match or the build-up to the second, and I can see them getting pelters for either option.

Extra time would finish about exactly 5.30. Even without extra time the trophy being given will have to be cut or the buildup will be about 5 minutes.

It's a massive deal for 1059 matches a season - basically every match not played in a regular league week on Saturday at 3pm, with 328 Championship matches, 248 League One matches, 248 League Two matches, 15 play off matches and all 93 League Cup and all 127 EFL Trophy matches.
In standard league weekend 5 Championship and 5 matches from across League 1/2 will be shown. The deal replaces current arrangements with Sky for red button coverage, the iFollow service and clubs own streaming services.

It’ll be a huge undertaking if they do.

According to the EFL they will carry Sky commentary.

I still think the PL has lost control of the unbroadcat matches as everyone who wants to see them just streams them now.
