Agreed, surprised they're not copying other leagues but I guess we saw when they were the latest to first bring in VAR they can be a bit luddite with these things. I understand their concerns about it not being *as* beneficial vs the cost but they already pay for VAR implementation + hawkeye goal line technology. Is the cost really that much more?
And from a TV perspective, the benefits for the viewer are undoubted. The animations of the offside decisions are widely shared on social media, and give levels of confidence to offside decisions we've not seen before. Definitely a headscratcher.
