The BBC is listed as the UK broadcaster, likewise RTÉ in Ireland.
Not sure how much linear coverage it will get, but it looks like almost all major European PSBs will show the games.
Eurosport is listed as 'pan-European' but no details if they will only have rights in countries without another broadcaster, or they will only show some event (i.e. like last year's European Championships where they only showed cycling), or if they will show all event non-exclusively via Discovery+.

To clear up the discussion of a few days ago, the related press release states that the EBU have "exclusive media rights" and Mediapro will be host broadcaster.

At most then it'll be iPlayer - nothing on any BBC channels or the red button for that week and with Queens and Birmingham Tennis, plus Glastonbury, they've bigger prioirities that week. So arguably even though it'll be free they'll have a lower profile than what BT game them.
The BBC will undoubtedly prioritise the World Athletics Championships and World Cycling Championships (in Glasgow) over the summer, and assuming they have the rights (FINA have been a bit difficult lately) the World Swimming Championships too.
