Something I've noticed tonight is that the German and French broadcasts of the Germany v. France friendly in Dortmund were filmed from seperate sides of the stadium. I know it was a very common practice when internationals weren't centrally contracted but I haven't seen it (or more specifically, proof of it) in quite a while and thought it had become a thing of the past. The ARD broadcast used the standard set-up for the Westfalenstadion with the TF1 broadcast appearing to come from the opposite side of the stadium.
Elsewhere, a fully neutral broadcast from Channel 4 of Scotland v. England from Hampden Park, with Graeame Sounness and Ally McCoist joining the usual England presentation team, lead by Jules Breach and Steve Bower.
For some reason, there was no Viaplay coverage at all despite them being the broadcaster of all Scotland games. In the previous contract, the Hampden Park meeting had Sky (Scottish rights holders) and ITV coverage (England rights holders) with STV also producing their own coverage, though I don't think there was any Sky coverage of Wales or Scotland's visits to Wembley in the last few years. There is no BBC Scotland highlights either, which I think they sublet from Viaplay (though there was S4C coverage of Wales playing at Wembley in 2020 when they sublet from Sky).
