The Fox Sports channels in Latin America have switched to the ESPN umbrella, as part of Disney's attempt to phase out the Fox brand. This excludes Mexico and Argentina, both of which were previously sold and are currently licensing the Fox Sports name.
This is the moment when Fox Sports 2, a pan-regional feed across the continent, relaunched as ESPN 7 (Fox Sports 3, meanwhile, became ESPN 6):

Following this is a reshuffling of existing ESPN channels, as ESPN Extra, a channel dedicated to exclusive live events, becomes ESPN 4. The original ESPN 4, which was also the starting point for Fox Sports' Latin American expansion in the mid-90s, is now ESPN 5.
